Diet and cancer - should we all be eating plant-based diets? (video, lecture)

Dr Rachel Thompson, World Cancer Research Fund International’s Head of Research Interpretation, discusses the relationship between cancer risk and diet. Looking at both plant-based and animal-based foods to derive cancer prevention recommendations, Dr Thompson presents evidence that plant-based diets are not all equal, and examines the relationship between different food groups and their association with cancer types.
