Making health equity count: Incorporating health equity for Māori into cost-utility analyses

In line with one of the New Zealand health system's key objectives: to reduce health disparities for Māori, this thesis aims to provide a new framework of adapting standard cost-utility analysis methods to test three explicit interventions targeting Māori, as well as providing a comparative analysis across interventions.
