Barriers and enablers for adopting lifestyle behavior changes in adolescents with obesity: A multi-centre, qualitative study

This qualitative research explores the triggers/inhibitors for adolescents receiving multidisciplinary clinical care for pediatric weight management to make behavioural changes. Evidence suggests that tailored interventions in health services delivery can support adolescents like these to make and maintain healthy lifestyle behavior changes.
