Preliminary Investigation of a Mobile Nutrition Literacy Website for Parents and Young Children

In a bid to increase Parental Nutrition Literacy (PNL), the researchers designed a mobile website called “Nutricity” to engage parents and young children to interact with nutrition information to make nutrition decisions. This formative study used a mixed methodology approach to test and evaluate the feasibility and future direction for the intervention tool to be offered to parents of young children in a clinical pediatric setting.
