Broccoli consumption affects the human gastrointestinal microbiota

This study explored the health outcomes of broccoli consumption, by analysing its metabolism by gastrointestinal microbiota in healthy adults. "These results reveal that broccoli consumption affects the composition and function of the human gastrointestinal microbiota."
