The Association of the Body Composition of Children with 24-Hour Activity Composition

This research analyses how a reallocation of time Australian children spend in sleep, sedentary time, light, and moderate-vigorous activities (MVPA) can affect children's body composition. They recommend maintaining MVPA during down-times, such as holidays, as being an important part of maintaining healthy weight.
