Physical activity and screen-viewing policies in Canadian childcare centers

This study reviewed Canadian childcare policies in relation to physical activity and screen time, as well as surveying directors/administrators. Their findings suggest that opportunities to increase children's physical activity and reduce screen time need to be tied to policy and regulations, in order to be put into action.
