Cluster randomized control trial promoting child self-regulation around energy-dense food

This study tests whether a plot programme designed to improve young children's self-regulation in snack choice. The authors conclude that the program has merit and that further investigation is warranted: "These types of programs for preschool children may help to temper consumption of excess calories among overweight/obese children."
