Easy meals with vegetables - cards

These videos and fact sheet resources have been developed, in partnership with vegetables.co.nz and Heart Foundation. They show basic storage, preparation and cooking techniques for common vegetables.
They will be useful to those running introductory cooking classes, in vegetable co-op boxes and for use in healthy lifestyle programmes.
Resources on carrots, kūmara, sliverbeet, pumpkin, beef, mince, bok choy, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, courgette, eggplant, fish, eggs, sweetcorn, spinach, potatoes, lettuce and tomatoes are currently available. They include a recipe and can be ordered in pads of 20 or downloaded below.
A video series of easy to make recipies is also available and can be viewed on YouTube.
You asked and we listened! After a number of requests for the Easy meals with vegetables cards to be printed in a smaller size, the most popular cards in the range can now be ordered in A5 size, as well as A4. We hope these will be useful as handouts for those working in schools, running cooking classes, food co-ops and more.
