This article provides an evaluation framework designed to measure the impact of the US SNAP-ED programme (The United States Department of Agriculture’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education). The framework may be of benefit to those involved in delivering or evaluating nutritional education programmes elsewhere.
