Factors influencing healthy eating and physical activity amongst school staff

This research explores the barriers and facilitatiors to teaching staff's engagement in healthy eating and physical activity. They found schools that provided opportunities, facilities and incentives, as well as having a health-focused culture and leadership were more likely to be seen to promote these healthy behaviours. Workplace stress was seen as the main inhibitor to be overcome.
