Whole-Grain Consumption Does Not Affect Obesity Measures: An Updated Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Randomized Clinical Trials

This review updates current meta-analyses on the effect of whole-grain intake on obesity measures. Their findings suggest that more research is required, as currently research does not support current recommendations of whole-grain intake in attempts to control obesity measures.
