Whole grain and cereal fibre intake in the Australian Health Survey: associations to CVD risk factors

This research explores the impact of the consumption of whole grain and cereal fibre on the reduction of cardiovascular risk factors. While there appears to be a positive association, further testing is necessary to address independent lifestyle effects.
