Pre-frailty factors in community-dwelling 40–75 year olds: opportunities for successful ageing

This article reports the pre-frailty attributes that can be managed from age 40, to reduce the likelihood of moving into a frail state in later-life. Key to this is diet and physical activity, as well as sleep and mental wellbeing.
