Language of Health of Young Australian Adults: A Qualitative Exploration of Perceptions of Health, Wellbeing and Health Promotion via Online Conversations

Usin online conversations, this research explored young Australian's perceptions of the barriers and potential solutions that would better facilitate healthy eating, in particular, and healthy behaviour in general. The results provide guidance as to how health messaging and other strategies can better target this audience, who are particularly likely to indulge in unhealthy eating during their transition to adulthood.
