Global surveillance of physical activity of children and youth
posted by Research Admin 1 on 19 May 2020
This chapter looks at the methods of measuring physical in/activity in children and youth that are used to inform policy and interventions globally. The authors emphasise the importance of surveillance, in order to assess trajectories for population health, and predict the impact of increases in noncommunicable diseases on health systems as the cohort ages.
