Low-carbohydrate Interventions for Adolescent Obesity: Nutritional Adequacy and Guidance for Clinical Practice

Given the renewed popularity of low-carbohydrate diets, concern has been raised about growing adolescents using these diets fore weight management. In response, this research assessed the nutritional adequacy of low-carbohydrate meal plans for clinical use in the management of adolescent obesity.
