Abstract

This research looks at teenagers' responses to the octagonal Vienna Convention traffic ‘STOP’ sign as a front of pack warning nutritional label compared to a single star (low nutritional value) Australasian Health Star Rating label using a fractionally replicated Latin square design placed on breakfast cereals. While there was no observed difference between the two warning labels, responses to no front of pack labelling were significantly affected.
