This research examines the preconception dietary patterns, lifestyle and sociodemographic situations of mothers-to-be from New Zealand, Singapore ant the UK. While the trial revealed certain similarities between populations, it was clear that interventions targeting improved diets preconception need to be ethnically-specific to be relevant.
